5-Year Loss Protection
The Loss Protection covers your ring if it is lost, stolen, or accidentally damaged. This is separate from the warranty, which only covers cleanings, refinishing and normal wear and tear.Â
With the 5-Year Accidental Damage Protection, you are eligible for two ring replacements due to accidental damage within that time.
Please be aware that our Loss Protection does not cover customer abuse or resizing. For lost and stolen rings you must provide a copy of the police report for replacement and there will be a 20% replacement fee of the current full retail price of the ring. Lost stones are also subject to a 20% replacement fee based on the current retail cost of the stone. Loss Protection is not transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
